TGSAA Online Counseling Instructions
1st Phase Counseling
Candidates who have secured 90 marks and above are eligible to attend the 1st phase of online counseling. Such candidates must upload the required documents and complete the payment procedure on or before 5th June 2026.

Your attention is drawn towards the TGSAA CET–2026 First Phase Counselling Process. Candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions given below and complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time for confirmation of seat allotment.

Fee Payment Instructions
Candidates are required to pay the prescribed first term fee of Rs 1,62,500/- in two separate parts. First part now Rs 1,42,500/- through any one of the following methods:
Option 1: Obtain a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 1,42,500/- from any Nationalised Bank(DD In Favor of TELANGANA STATE AVIATION ACADEMY Payable at HYDERABAD).
Option 2: Transfer the fee amount to the official academy bank account mentioned below:

Second part of Rs.20,000/- to the University JNTU-H during the University councelling phase. (The date will be informed later).
Online Application & Document Upload Process
1. Open the counselling/application link and fill in all the required details carefully.
2. Download the prescribed Medical Certificate format.
3. Get the Medical Certificate duly signed by:
A General Physician
An Ophthalmologist
Upload the scanned copies of the following documents:
1. Duly signed Medical Certificate
2. Duly Filled Application Form
3. Demand Draft or Bank Transaction Receipt/Proof
4. 10th Class Certificate
5. 12th / Intermediate Marks Memo (or) 12th Results Scorecard
6. Aadhar Card
7. Passport (or) Applied Acknowledgement Copy
8. Entrance Exam Scorecard
8. Passport Size Photograph
Passport Instructions
- Candidates are advised to apply for a Passport immediately and book the earliest available slot for passport verification.
Submission of Original Documents
- Candidates must send the required set of physical documents mentioned below to us by Speed Post, ensuring that they reach the address mentioned below on or before 9th June 2026.
